Darline Tafur is a Jersey City native and graduate of Kean University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has spent the past 11 years working as a Flight Attendant with JetBlue Airways, building a career in the aviation industry while advocating for growth and representation in traditionally male-dominated spaces.

Driven by her passion for aviation, Darline earned her Private Pilot License and is continuing her flight training with aspirations of becoming an airline pilot. She is also a proud member of Mu Sigma Upsilon Sorority, Inc., The Ninety-Nines, Inc., and Latino Professionals in Aerospace. Darline is passionate about mentorship, leadership, and inspiring young women to pursue careers in aviation and beyond.
